Taking into consideration the current situation regarding SARS-CoV-2, we want to make our contribution to limit the spread of the virus. For this reason, some of our services will be discontinued or will only be available in an adjusted form.

The AStA legal advice:
The AStA legal advice is only available by phone.

Your emails will checked during the legal consultation hours on Monday between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and you will be called back by one of our lawyers. Please note: this advice is provided as part of the legal advice of the AStA of the University of Münster. The advice is free of charge for you and you do not conclude a contract with the lawyers, so you do not become their "clients". You also cannot expect your email to be answered before the next legal advice hours. Please consider this point if your matter is urgent. After the consultation your email will be deleted. Be sure, the legal advice is absolutely confidential.
Sound system rental:
The sound system rental will be suspended until further notice.
Food sharing:
Food sharing organized by „Fairteiler” will be discontinued until further notice.
Van rental:

Authentication:
From now on, certification can only be done by post. To place your order the following should be done:
1. Fill out this form.
2. Print out the form and place it in an envelope with the original document and the copies to be certified
3. Throw the envelope into the mailbox of the AStA
The certified copies will be then sent free of charge by post to the address specified in the form. If so stated in the form, the original documents (uninsured) will also be sent. Otherwise, the documents will be kept in our office and could be picked up at a later date.
Printing Office:
The printing Office will continue its operation for the time being. Print orders should be placed by arrangement using this form and paid by invoice. The delivery of the print products can be made by post or could be contactless picked up in the AStA, in agreement with the print office.
Mental Health:
Loneliness due to lack of social contact and isolation, restriction of freedom of movement and lack of access to self-help groups or other therapy offers contribute significantly to deterioration of mental health. On this page our project mental health has listed some contact points for certain disease patterns. In case you are not able to identify yourself with one of these diseases or if you are mentally stressed by the current situation please feel free to contact us.
Semester Ticket:
The semester ticket NRW for the winter semester 2019/2020 will be recognized beyond the actual period until 30.04.2020, provided that the period of validity would end on 31.03.2020 (e.g. for graduation students who have to continue studying due to postponed exams / final theses). For freshmen in the summer semester 2020 (start: 01.04.2020) the enrolment certificate will be recognized as a ticket until 30.04.2020.
